Excuse me for the english post ,i just moved here 2 months ago and i still didnt understand if poker is legal here or not (NRW).
I see people online on stars,888 etc... But then again ppl in 2+2 talk about how to evade taxes because then u admit u play online..?

And for example Sebastian Ruthenberg pro teamstars just won some in the wsop, how is he going to deposit in the bank since obviously he got there from playing online so how does it work here?

since i am no german, i am not really positive, but i think online poker is just not regulated in germany. if you play for a living though, you could have to pay taxes like on normal income. afaik there are no taxes on live poker.

It is nit regulated atm. The german gambling law is out of order. So yiu can play online at leat till 1/1/12
