- Trips sind grundsätzlich schwächer als ein Set.

Agreed.

Es ist ja nicht nur so, dass wir einen astronomisch hohen Preis bezahlen müssen, wir haben auch noch drei Gegner hinter uns und ein Check sagt im modernen Hold'Em nicht mehr wirklich was über Schwäche aus. Mit AT hätte ich wohl gecallt, KT vieleicht schon nicht mehr, QT und JT würde ich wohl mucken.
