I'm just writing to update you on the progress with the RSA Security Token testing.

As it happens, in recent days, we've made a number of significant changes to the RSA Security Token process - changes that can only be deployed with the next update of the PokerStars client in early March.

Around that time, the PokerStars PIN will be made available in the PokerStars VIP Store.

These changes will mean that it will be much easier to use the RSA Security Token, with some improvements to the 'Login Security Settings' dialog box.

In the meantime, we still appreciate any feedback that you might have about the PokerStars PIN.

I regret the delay, but this is something that we want to get right - we want to give you the option of the RSA Security Token, but we also want to ensure that it is intuitive and easy to use.

Your patience is appreciated, and thanks for playing at PokerStars.

Was ist dieser Security Token überhaupt???

Blick ich gerade auch nicht so. Ist das sowas wie das TAN Verfahren bei Banken per SMS oder SecureTAN wo man in so ein kleines Gerät ne ID eingibt und ne TAN Nummer generiert bekommt?

bin mal gespannt!

soweit mir vitti das erklärt hat, ist das ein kleines gerät, das jede minute oder so nen neuen PIN (gibt ja den pokerstars pin im moment schon) generiert, was das ganze halt noch viel weniger anfällig macht für hacker oder phishing programme.

Das wären dann so ~3000FPP schätz ich mal. :/
Bisschen teurer als ich erhofft hatte, aber ich würde auch 100$ dafür zahlen!

If you don't see the option in the 'Login Security Settings' option or the PokerStars VIP Store, please send us an email and I'll correct this for you.

In coming days, we're also going to rolling this out to everyone at PokerStars. Hopefully you find this new enhancement valuable, and please let us know if you have any feedback on it.

mit secure ID und ordentlichem pw sollte ich ja schon einigermaßen sicher sein

gibts noch nicht für alle pokerstars spieler.
nur priviligierte leute wie vitti und ich können das schon bekommen
(wir haben uns auf ne liste setzen lassen für das token, da hat man immer updates usw bekommen und jetzt bekommen diejenigen halt das token schon früher)
