Hi Leute!

Habe lange überlegt, ob ich überhaupt n Tagebuch starten soll. Irgendwie fand ich das immer ein bisschen unnötig - und immerhin hat halt auch jeder seine eigenen Probleme, egal ob bad running or whatever!

Deshalb gleich vorweg, ich habe noch nie wirklich irgendwelche großen whine posts verfasst, daher soll das hier auch eher das Gegenteil werden!

Viel lieber nutze ich hier jetzt die Gelegenheit, mich selber zu motivieren, meine Ergenbisse festzuhalten und mein Spiel zu verbessern. Poker Content ist daher hier ausdrücklich gewünscht und ich werde ab und an auch ein paar Hands posten.

Keine Ahnung obs ein paar hier mitbekommen haben, aber ich mache atm n sicken DS durch und nutze daher das Tagebuch auch ein wenig, um mich selber zu motivieren und nicht in ein Art schwarzes Loch oder so zu fallen

Ich spiele zur Zeit 100nl SH ($, Pfund und Euro) auf William Hill Poker (Ipoker). Die Regs sind dort im Vergleich zu stars oder FTP deutlich softer und ich denke, dass ich das Limit z.Z eigentlich auch ganz gut beaten kann, auch wenn ich noch massig Leaks in meinem game habe - vor allem mindset mäßig

Hier werde ich meine Ergebnisse festhalten und wahrscheinlich auch tag täglich updaten

Mein Ziel bis zum Ende des Jahres ist erst einmal, jeden Monat 30k Hands zu spielen und mein Mayor Goal ist, meine Bankroll bis zum Ende des Jahres auf mindestens 10k$ zu bringen. Dies war schon letztes Jahr mein Ziel, bin aber leider aus verschiedenen Gründen hart gefailt.

Ich denke mit rakeback + solider winrate sollte das zu schaffen sein und ich würde mich wirklich sehr sehr sehr doll freuen, wenn ich das schaffen sollte Naja, wir werden sehen


Also Leute, ich würde mich wirklich freuen, wenn der ein oder andere hier mal ab und an reinschaut, ich werde wie gesagt das TB hier täglich updaten. Danke!

Ja, geht. Spiele halt SH und meistens 8 tbls, also ncihts ungewöhnliches. Swings habe ich aber in der Tat schon relativ häufig relativ große. Also so alles zwischen 1-10 Stacks up or down in ~2k Hands ist standart :-)

Spiele halt auch n relativ laggy Style, denk mal das ist daher auch eher normal ^^

Zur Stop - Loss Taktik:

Im Prinzip soll diese Methode halt schlechte Table Selection, Tilt oder "bad running" stoppen. Dazu setzt man sich ein persönliches Limit, meinetwegen 5 Stacks. Wenn du binnen deiner Session 5 Stacks down mist, dann sollte man laut dieser Taktik sofern quitten.

So zu mindest die Theorie

Leider ertappe ich mich immer wieder dabei, wie ich 5 Stacks + down bin und dann dennoch weiter spiele, weil ich einfach den Drang habe, die verlorenen Stacks wieder reinzugrinden. Meist geht das aber nach hinten los

Ab und an schaffe ich es zwar wieder b/e, aber longerm würde ich sagen, hätte mir die Stop - Loss Methode einiges an Geld gespart, speziell jetzt auch in diesem Downswing, gab eine Session in der ich ca. 13 Stacks gedropt habe, in ~ 3k Hands und das muss einfach nicht sein!

Nya, ich habe zwar ein eher konseratives BRM, daher sind 10 Stacks down zwar ärgerlich, aber noch kein Grund ein Limit down zu moven.

Ich habe mir jetzt vorgenommen, diese Stop Loss Taktik einzuführen und werde nun bei -5 Stacks SOFORT quitten :-)

So, dass dazu.

Heute werde ich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zum spielen kommen, fahre gleich in die Stadt - es ist hier heute Welt Astra Tag haha

Morgen muss ich dann Bewerbungen schreiben, aber ich denke so 1-2k Hands sollten morgen auf alle Fälle drin sein

Alles in allem ~ 1 Stack down, war also ok.

Vor allem wäre da die "Stop Loss" Taktik, welche ich immer wieder versuche durchzusetzten, es aber nicht schaffe!

Die Taktik solltest du auf jeden Fall verwenden, gerade wenn du du schon zugibt, dass es das ein oder andere Mal besser gewesen wäre die Session zu beenden.

Ich spiele ja derzeit auch bei ipoker und hab auch schon an den Nl100 sh Tischen vorbei geschaut und gestern hab ich auch so ne Session erwischt, dass ich dachte, gleich flippe ich aus, weil aber auch jeder Draw der Gegner ankam Hatte mir dann auch einen Betrag festgelegt, wo ich dann quitte. Ich hatte dann auch schon fast keinen Bock mehr und man ist auch schon irgendwie angefressen und auf dem guten Weg in Richtung Tilt. Hat sich zwar dann alles gewendet und es ging wieder up, zwar die Session nicht im Plus beendet, aber zu meiner Zufriedenheit

Hast du das Buch Das Poker Mindset schon gelesen, wenn nicht kann ich es dir nur empfehlen. Mir hat es ne Menge gebracht, gerade in Sachen Tilt und Session quitten, egal wieviel Stacks weg waren.

Die Hands werd ich mir nochmal genau anschauen, aber da waren ein paar JJ Hands dabei... gehst du damit generell Pre Flop oder am Flop broke oder war das in diesen Fällen Abhängig vom Gegner?

Nein, JJ ist für mich kein "no-brainer-ship`n-broke" !

Allerdings handelte es sich meist um n squeez Pot bei dem uich mit JJ ge off stacked habe und dan bekommt man so oder so kaum credit für ne hand. Ansonsten ists halt easy broke wenn ich oop bin und weiß, dass V in der Lage ist, mit schlechteren Hands über meine 4bet zu shippen!

Poker mindset habe ich leider (noch) nicht, war gestern in der Bibiliothek, allerdings gabs des dort nicht! Gits wohl nur im Fachhandel. Ich wills aber unbedingt haben!

Eventuell bekomm ichs von nem anderen Alex (lol) geliehen, mal sehen, ansonsten bestell ichs mir - oder hat das jmd noch zum ausleihen/verkaufen? Interesse ist eindeutig da

V ist n guter Reg der hier gegen mich off staked. War allerdings auch sehr loose und agg unterwegs, nya trotzdem find ichs hart missplayed hier für 300bb mit TT zu broken.
