Nun hab ich folgende Frage: Was mache ich, wenn ich dort total abräume; sprich bei Abreise mehr als 10.000 € an Bargeld bei mir hab
Was habt ihr für Ideen ??

Die Steuern werden dir doch direkt abgezogen. Mit irgendeinem Wisch kannst du die dir bei der Ausreise?! (oder dem Casino wiederholen. Kenne mich da nicht so aus. Gehe mal auf 2+2 die haben da deutlich mehr Ahnung. Hier sind eigentlich nur Online-Spieler

income taxes auf casino winnings betragen ca 30% in den USA. bei tourneys werden sie direkt vom casinobetreiber eingehoben (bei cash-out > 600$), ansonsten musst du sie selbst an die IRS abführen (das ist dann natürlich etwas mehr administrativer aufwand). keinesfalls würde ich mir aber keine gedanken über die steuerabgaben machen, auch wenn das Geld aus CG kommt und damit schwieriger nachzuverfolgen ist. die steuern sind ein wesentlich wichtigeres thema als die 10k$ threshold.

10k$+ aus den US bringen ist idR kein problem. einfach bei customs das entsprechende form ausfüllen und ehrlich sein. natürlich kann es sein, dass du länger befragt wirst, aber wenn du angibst, dass das geld aus casino winnings stammt, dass du die steuern abgeführt hast/abführen wirst und du nun mal kein US bank konto hast, wird dir nichts passieren.

PS aufteilen unter leuten, die gemeinsam reisen ist nicht erlaubt. müsste man schon getrennt durch den zoll gehen.

Müssen die Ausländer auch die Steuer zahlen? War das nicht mal Thema bei der WSOP, dass jeder da andere Steuern zahlen musste???
